Refreshing "Broad Bean Recipes" to Avoid Fatigue and Skin Problems

After the start of the new fiscal year and Golden Week, you might be less aware of your fatigue and stress from the excitement and enjoyment, and then you let your guard down after the long holiday. This is often a time when you start to feel unwell.
Muscles all over your body might feel stiff, your digestive system might slow down... To distract yourself, you might indulge in unhealthy eating habits or stay up late, further worsening your lifestyle. As a result, some people suffer from unpleasant symptoms such as body odor, bad breath, rosacea (facial redness), seborrheic dermatitis, bloating, constipation, canker sores, and discharge.
This month, while focusing on breaking bad habits rather than consuming something, let's promote detoxification with ingredients that support liver and intestinal function.

◆This Month's Key Ingredient

Broad Beans

May often sees an increase in beauty-related issues such as skin problems and swelling. Let's promote detoxification with lecithin, which enhances liver function, and dietary fiber, which aids intestinal movement. Broad beans are also rich in protein, B vitamins, and vitamin C, making them beneficial for recovery from fatigue. As they lose freshness quickly, buy them in the pod and consume them within three days.
