Autumn Anti-Aging Care with Sakura Shrimp
The sky is clear and beautiful this season. It's also a delicious time for food, with mushrooms, chestnuts, sweet potatoes, saury, and game meats. However, climatically, the lack of clouds causes extreme temperature fluctuations, which can lead to a scratchy throat, sudden coughing, and autonomic nervous system imbalances.
Sometimes, indulging in rich pasta or cream-based dishes to enjoy autumn flavors can lead to excessive carbohydrate intake. Choose ingredients with antibacterial and intestinal regulating properties to care for your body from within.
◆This Month's Key Ingredient
Sakura Shrimp
These pink shrimp, which can be eaten whole, are rich in astaxanthin, an essential anti-aging nutrient. They also contain animal fiber like chitin and chitosan, as well as calcium, magnesium, zinc, and iron, supporting immunity and aiding in fatigue recovery. They are perfect for autumn beauty and health, a time when we are susceptible to weather changes.
